Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name and email address, or your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Product details you enter: product name, website, descriptions, category, social links, logo and screenshots, and listing contact details.
• Order details: the plan you chose, order status and payment reference. Your card and billing details are collected by Creem, not by us.
• Lead details: the email and website you enter on our landing page before creating an account.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the service secure and working.

• To submit your product to directories and show you progress and proof links.
• To process orders and send emails about your account, payment and report.
• To reply to your questions and to prevent abuse and fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with providers that help us run the service:

• Creem: our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and tax.
• Supabase: stores our database, sign-in and uploaded files.
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website.
• Google: if you choose to sign in with Google.
• The directories themselves: the product details you give us are submitted to them on your behalf, and are public once a listing goes live.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We keep your account and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing wolfmarkllc@gmail.com. You can edit your name and product details yourself in your dashboard. Listings already published on third-party directories must be removed with those directories, and we will help where we can.

Access to your data is limited to your own account, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

We will post any update to this policy on this page and change the date at the top.
